The ACCG has lots of practice at flogging dead horses, or wasting their members' money to try to do it. I don't really understand your point. You condemn the ACCG for undertaking work at the direction of the US Court of Appeals that had remanded the matter to the District Court, but in another post done today, you seem to applaud the Government's second motion for reconsideration in the SLAM case. Talk about flogging a dead horse....
