A short film on archaeology today, 'La collina e la Luna', by the Swiss-based Nomadi del Tempo talks of the passion of the archaeologist and its situation in a modern society: see http://www.lacollinedesceltes.ch/, [chapter Au Cinema]. More information on http://www.nomadideltempo.ch./(seen first on BAJR) where in the comments on this film, the point was made about today's developer-funded field archaeology being "essentially the stormtropers of the construction industry". Thought provoking.
