The Frome Hoard got its own Wikipedia page created simultaneously (8th June) with the announcement of its discovery, written by one "Babelstone" (who also wrote one for the Staffordshire hoard). The account makes extensive use of the account from the PAS blog and on its basis provides a preliminary summary list of the coins identified. Oddly at the time of writing it still contains the word "radial" which suggests that Babelstone, whoever he is, is no numismatist. It omits the important information that all the coins of Carausius were found in a single layer within the pot ('context 16') which were thus not the latest coins to go into the ground here. The full publication of this hoard and its wider context is eagerly awaited, it should prove interesting.
