Coin Elves

I have just spent a bit of time trying to find one of my old posts to put a hyperlink to it in a current post (to explain my use of the term "coin elves" and the ideas behind it). It has slipped well down the Google search page among other later posts of mine which refer to it in passing which is a pity as I think that - despite its deliberately flippant style - it makes an important point. Anyone a bit puzzled by the talk of "coin fairies" and "coin elves" here, please take a look at it.
