"Observer" Observes, but Quickly Moves on

.
A while ago I asked why coiney blogger and legal guru for the ACCG "Cultural Property Observer" was keeping very quiet about certain developments in the legal field in the US which were of potential importance to collectors. Could it be he thinks his dealer paymasters (the PNG have been paying him to do some lobbying for them) would not appreciate collectors to be aware of the state of current discussion - in case they might start asking awkward questions, like "what does this mean to me and the future of my collection?" One of the things I noted had not been even whispered about was a text by Prof Urice about a rather odd feature of the NSA which has profound implications for collectors.

Amazingly Lobbyist Tompa has actually mentioned it in his blog in another context - but passed quickly on. Well let us see how thoroughly coin collectors read his blog and follow the links he gives.
