"Some [who?] in the archaeological community want regulations to make antiquities valueless on the theory that will discourage looting and promote archaeological research" (Where Antiquities Have No Value)...and the source of that statement is...? Coin Fairyland I suspect.
Tinkerbell should know that regulation of looters drives the price UP as the supply falls. Only regulation of dealers drives the price down as the demand falls.
