Lead Isotope 210 in the News Again

'Controversy over the use of Roman ingots to investigate dark matter and neutrinos', Heritage Daily 1.12.13

The isotopic properties of lead bricks recovered from ancient shipwrecks are ideal for experiments in particle physics, to investigate dark matter and neutrinos but should they be being used as a raw material? The issue here is the absence of the isotope Pb210. These ingots would therefore also be ideal for faking 'old' solder. How's the discussion of the lead isotope analyses of the solder of the Leutwitz Apollo coming along?
