Cruddy Plaques - What are they?

Mesopotamologists, what are these please?

Currently in the Iraq embassy in the US. ICE Press release: 'Ancient antiquities and Saddam Hussein-era objects returned to Iraq', 16th March 2015.

Is it like these on sale by Aweidah Gallery, Jerusalem?  "Condition: Good condition as found with nice earthy patina" (COA supplied)? Or this one (Christie's), or these (Bakarat)? Or this one (2006, Ifergan gallery)?

The ICE film avoids showing the one depicting a couple having sex (bottom left) quite commonly found on the no-questions-asked market, but does show one of the two harpists, one of which looks like a crude copy of one in the Oriental Istitute in Chicago. Are these authentic antiquities or bazaar pieces? Look at the untrimmed edges.
