ARE the British taxpayers financing the Great Portable Antiquity Social Experiment in getting best practice from metal detectorists in fact financing a fiction? Where can you go for a balanced discussion of that notion? Sure as anything not to the PAS. A recent FOI request suggests that they do not pay any attention whatsoever to such questions.
