Rumours of another hoard of Anglo Saxon coins and artefacts "second only to the Staffordshire hoard" been made in the western part of England - it is also being reported that a police investigation is under way and I understand arrests have been made. So will a treasure reward be being paid out to the finders then? So for which anniversary is PAS saving the announcement of this next heritage hoiking, and have they got a proper excavation in train this time?
