Manbij under Attack by FSA

In Syria, the FSA affiliate Jaysh al-Thuwar (Army of Revolutionaries) announces the start of an offensive to capture the city of Manbij in the Aleppo Governorate. The ancient city was taken by ISIL in January 2014, and is reputedly  a centre of the trafficking of Iraqi and Syrian antiquities by the Diwan al-Rikaz. Let us see what documents on that topic and other evidence may survive should ISIL leave the city.
