One cannot help but wonder though whether it is just a coincidence that "the first person convicted of the war crime of having deliberately destroyed Cultural Heritage" is a non-white citizen of a third world country.
ReplyDeleteI think the only real "story" to be learned from this is that if you are going to commit a war crime you should make sure to be the citizen of a country like the USA, Britain, Germany, Israel, Russia etc.
