US coin dealers, their lobbyists and collectors are unanimous in saying how what a great thing it would be if all countries had something like Britain's Treasure Act. I think, now that two finders and two
dealers have been sentenced, three of them jailed as a result of not abiding by it, maybe they'll change their tune.
