Money and Power

Recently published by the American Numismatic Society... That this book is published in English in the USA on the basis of archaeological material that has been removed from the source countries is an indictment of the colonialist attitudes that still exist in artefact collecting communities that themselves are an expression of "money and power". Can somebody tell us in what languages the summaries of this book are?

The Greco Bactrian kingdoms covered what is now the territory of as many as seven central Asian states, and Bacria itself falls into what is now Tazdzikistan and northern Afghanistan. The USA has signed a memorandum of cultural cooperation over illegally-removed cultural property with NONE of these states (though there is an emergency measure in the case of Afghanistan), What message does this send out?
