Dinosaur Sue case: Search agreement did not give title to sell

(Dave Armstrong)
The historic 'Dinosaur Sue' case reminds us that the classic seek-and-take agreement beloved of artefact hunters does not impart title to sell. The bones were judged in a subsequent court case to be the property of the occupier of the land.  Yet still artefact hunters are stubbornly resistant to take on board what the law says about this.

[Oh, and DO look at the comments under this trailer for the recent film on You Tube.  Weird.]
