Antiquities Trade Centre cut-off? Will the Trade STOP?

Manbij city, and its presumed ISIL Diwan al-Rikaz is now fully encircled   . Will the flow of lootyed objects stop? Will the US Department of State now stop using their ISIL is financing itself from looted antiquities argument? Will the trade now be in new hands?
