A little snippet worth noting in the ATHAR report (Facebook's Black Market in Antiquities: Trafficking, Terrorism, and War Crimes):
page 16 "Social network analysis shows that Subject 31 is a highly connected trafficker — he’s also Facebook friends with a well-known American antiquities dealer"Ooops. Could be being de-friended at this very moment. I wonder how many collectors and fellow dealers find it disturbing that it is noted in the report someone who is a major pin in this Facebook network is actually friends with a well known US dealer. Or would they feel there is nothing in any way abnormal in that? Are we surprised?
