ILLICID Report

Last year, the American "Committee for Cultural Policy" asked whether the ILLICID Report was "Buried For Failing to Show Illegal Trade". Kate Fitz-Gibbon wrote a long fatuous article about it back in July last year. It is a shame that she apparently does not know how academic grants work and did not actually check her facts before doing so... What she had found was a preliminary, technical progress account for the project's funding body.
