Thoman Kline Advises MoB

The Museum of the Bible has engaged Thomas R. Kline, an attorney with Cultural Heritage Partners, to advise the board on matters of cultural property, governance and museum operations. Kline is a nationally recognized authority on cultural heritage preservation, teaches at the George Washington University Museum Studies Program and serves as president of the Lawyers' Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation. “I’m pleased to have been selected to assist the Museum of the Bible and its board of directors, and look forward to advising the museum on following best practices in maintaining its collection and fulfilling its mission,” said Kline.
Note the press release says the Museum's collection is only 'approximately 2,500 items', instead of the 40000 figure that was being bandied about recently for the size of the Green Collection. Will Mr Kline be advising on which items should go back to the source countries should the documentation of provenance, legal export and a clean ownership history be found defective?
