Rigor Mortis of ADCAEA

The ADCAEA seems to have died and rigor mortis seems to have set in. They've deleted a lot of content from their Facebook page and added nothing new, despite there to have been a number of recent significant developments directly affecting US dealers and collectors. There has been no significant recent movement on their website either and the promised revision of their Guidelines to Due Diligence seems unlikely to ever appear. They join a number of other US organizations set up by a few blokes to protect the interests of the antiquities market which after a brief flurry of activity fade into apathetic oblivion. Like Arthur Houghton III's Cultural Property Research "Institute".
