The coffin pictured is not 'fourth dynasty', and neither would be the shabtis, if that is what they are.Egypt's security forces uncovered a gang consisting of 22 criminals illegally working in archaeological excavation near the archaeological sites in Giza. The criminals had discovered a Pharaonic cemetery dating back to the Fourth Dynasty, and excavated some of its artefacts. Police forces arrested four of the criminals in possession of 193 statues and a large sarcophagus. Police notified the General Prosecution and the Ministry of Antiquities.
No doubt would appear on market as 'from an old collection'
