Abu Simbel relocation Remembered


Abu Simbel
"On this day" we remember that fifty years ago we witnessed the successful relocation of the Ramessid Temples of Abu Simbel. This was part of  the largest heritage rescue in history. The anniversary of this mission reminds us of our global strength and the power of international solidarity (see here).
