Putsch at the top of V-Coins?

It seems to me there is an untold story here.
Press release May 2013: VCoins Founder Returns to Leadership'. Readers will recall that  Bill Puetz founded the portal in autumn 2001. In the first year, VCoins serviced 55 dealers - mostly in the US, after five years the site serviced c. 125 dealers and 20,000 registered buyers. In 2010, Puetz sold most of teh shares of the firm to an investment company and withdrew from running it. Since November 2010 the position of CEO of VHobbies was held by Mariano Cardoner an Argentinian entrepreneur based in Buenos Aires. Now we learn:
We are pleased to announce that after two and a half years of absence, Bill has returned as CEO of VHobbies and is once again running the daily operations of VCoins [...]  effective immediately, Bill is back at the helm of VCoins and working hard to serve the needs of collectors world-wide.
It was also announced that he has appointed Zach "Beast" Beasley of Beast Coins as "Customer Service
Manager", and Diana Miller from Educational Coin Company will  "oversee social media initiatives".
Puetz is "a charter board member of the ACCG. He was awarded the prestigious Exceptionally Meritorious Service award by the ACCG in 2007 for his service to the hobby".
