With a flood of newly looted antiquities appearing in the market place from conflict zones in Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq and Syria, as well as antiquities stolen from places such as Cambodia, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam, those seeking to purchase "untainted" cultural objects face a formidable task.
