I see that the ITV "Britain's Secret Treasures" already has a Wikipedia page (listing somebody's detectorist mate Dave Crisp as a celebrity). It was created by one "SolomanMcKenzie" who seems to spend his time creating Wikipedia entries about TV programmes and TV personalities. OK who is going to brave the one-sided deletions of the detecting fraternity and create a 'Controversies' section? That would probably be about as futile as getting the Wikipedia page on the topic of 'metal detector' to present both sides of the issue of artefact hunting.
