It seems Chicago coin dealer Harlan J. Berk, Ltd. is going ahead with his case against a fellow coin dealer about an ancient Greek decadrachm which sold for $410,000 but was then ajudged to be a fake. The papers have just been filed in Illinois Northern District Court (Case number 1:2013cv01188). The outcome of this case looks likely to be very instructive.
