Thanks Sheddy for the comment. I think, however, many of my readers can see the relevance unaided, so you'll forgive me for not posting the link you supplied. No need to give people thoughts on a plate.
I'd like rather more to focus attention on the question of PAS trust, which is a vital one. Note that the question about the fate of the data a certain detectorist in that group had reported prior to his conviction has never been answered.
