New Chief Executive of CADW appointed

Kate Clark has been announced as the new Chief Executive of Cadw, the Welsh Government’s historical environment service. She is quoted as saying:
“I am thrilled to be joining the Welsh Government and Cadw. I am also looking forward to building on the excellent work to date through a collaborative approach with the historic environment sector to help people and communities connect with their past.”
Kate Clark is the one who said that in terms of archaeological preservation, PAS and artefact hunters and collectors engaged in the depletion of the archaeological record formed a "partnership", though the logic of that strange phrasing was never explained. Will CADW under her leadership be forming any more archaeologically-erosive partnerships in the name of short-term political gain?
