Is there a "Protocols of the Elders of Archeon" Conspiracy in Washington?

The American Committee for Cultural Policy (ACCP), the Ancient Coin Collectors Guild (ACCG) and the Global Heritage Alliance (GHA) claim vote-rigging machines used to determine cultural policy with the express aim of victimising "collectors, dealers, museums, and representatives of displaced religious and ethnic minorities" in America.

Peter Tompa has long held that there is a "Protocols of the Elders of Archeon" conspiracy in Washington, and that the archaeologists are trying to "seize control". But he has his tinfoil helmet on, and can see through their dastardly plans to clean up the greedy US antiquities market. What next, after his rallying cry: "If you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a hobby anymore", a march of the "Old Boys", "Obol Keepers" and "CoinAnon" on the Capitol?
