According to a well known US intellectual and social theoretician, imposing import controls on illegally trafficked ancient Egyptian artefacts is quite obviously:

a harbinger of the breakdown of law and order in a free society. This sort of usurpation is the beginning of the end of rule by law and a road sign on the path to autocracy. 

You see, it's really Adolph Hitler and Kim Jong-Un under the pillow.
