Not when they are discussing cultural property issues they don't. In general, they tend to share the same opinions as the US Black Hat Antiquitist Guys. It's good to see them shifting a bit and chagrining the dealers' lobbyists who imagine they're going to have it all their own way forever. A shift in US public opinion in line with that of the rest of the world puts them in a difficult position.
