The Art Newspaper: As the fight to liberate Luhansk and Donietsk steps up, and a Russian "aid" convoy is half an hour's drive from the Izvaryne border crossing, eastern Ukraine’s museums have been told to hide their collections and the media have been asked to refrain from emphasising cultural heritage which might encourage it to be targeted.
