Paul Packer, Chairman of the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America's Heritage Abroad, and Arystanbek Muhamediuly, Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of understanding on the preservation of cultural heritage sites in Kazakhstan of significance to Americans and their ancestors.Foreign cultural heritage sites of significance to Americans and their ancestors.
