Donna Yates also offers a translation of a recent story by Jorge Quispe in the Bolivian paper La Razón (Relics for Sale at Tiwanaku ... Anonymous Swiss Collector November 5, 2012) - but note that many of the "illicit artefacts" which enter collections by these means are fakes. Obviously easier to make, and in forms which are attractive to buyers, than digging one up. And the real ones could be cursed. Caveat emptor.
