In Egypt, tourism and monuments police have seized 42 Pharaonic and Islamic artefacts from black market dealers in Minya Governorate. They were tipped off by an informant that two men, a 29-year-old and a 62-year-old with a criminal record had the artefacts with the intent of trading them. The police raided a house where the suspects were believed to be staying, one of the suspects was out, but the other was arrested and the artefacts seized. The other suspect is still fugitive.

In Egypt, tourism and monuments police have seized 42 Pharaonic and Islamic artefacts from black market dealers in Minya Governorate.
