Art/antiquities collector and passionate opponent of the 1970 UNESCO Convention George Ortiz has passed away at age 86. Obituary here (Telegraph). His collection of antiquities (which he saw as 'art') earned both admiration and controversy, it has a website here. There is an interesting Independent article here.
