With regard to the recent PAS-generated hoo-ha about their "one millionth find" (which is really only their six-hundred and thirty-something record) readers might like to revisit my  post of Thursday, 6 March 2014 And the Winner is.... [Anonymous] ... but we are ALL the Losers.

 Of course the actual five millionth artefact to come out of the ground under the PAS will probably never be known, there is less than a one-in-five chance that the FLO (and therefore the rest of us) will ever even see it.

The FLO responsible for recording it has apparently since left the Scheme, I wish Kurt the best of luck in his new endeavours.
