FLO has a go at Outreach

I prefer to think I missed the others, but this is the first comment on Battlefield Recovery from an FLO I have seen.

Good for her. Tell the "partners" where they've go it wrong. Kris Rodgers (the ginger one with the gormless expression) is from Kent and he and his fellows were told by their FLO when the Hollingbourne grave was trashed, "you done right", so they'll not have learnt very much from that "outreach".
