Stop Thefts in the Countryside, Including by Unwanted Artefact Hunters

This is a rather ambiguous text: 'Stamping out "Nighthawking" across Britain':
Nighthawking and illegal metal detecting should not be reflected (sic) upon credible metal detecting groups and bodies within The UK, In today’s climate, archaeologists are trying to work in collaboration with metal detecting groups, such as the NCMD and FID to discover, promote and preserve sites of archaeological importance together.
So far, so good. The punctuation and capitalisation are a bit wobbly, and in reality the number of archaeologists working directly with the FID is pretty low and working with the NayCMD is next to impossible. The lack of any mention of the six million quid outreach sScheme for doing this collaboration is telling. Then we come on to the nitty gritty:
Based in Watford Hertfordshire Farm Watch UK has recently been set up to cater for the demand in farm CCTV purely to stop And preventing Nighthawking / Dayhawking. Farm Watch UK is part of heritage crime unit advised by police from many Counties Through English Heritage, but due to the demand in farm installations we have decided to dedicate Farm Watch UK for The sole purpose of landowners based in the Hertfordshire, Buckinhamshire and Bedfordshire, Essex, Cambridge Middlesex. But we can travel further if need be. We don't charge for estimates. We pride myself our high quality security systems from digital CCTV alarm systems and security lighting, gates etc all at a Very competitive prices, the technicians is use to do my jobs are highly trained And with an understanding of the farmers and owners needs.
But with very little of the principles of English syntax. There then follow several unrelated elements, a picture of a gold coin (with the caption "An extremely rare and valuable gold coin of the Emperor Carausius ‘Dayhawked’ from an archaeological dig in Silchester [Calleva Atrebatum] Hampshire. Every year, a growing number of attacks are inflicted on archaeological digs and increasing" - but see here for the same picture and text associated with an anti-archaeological message). Then there is a bit in red about "Law Enforcement (sic), Treasure Act 1996: There is a legal obligation for all finders of Treasure [...] Dealing in Cultural Object (Offences) Act 2003: It is illegal to knowingly sell, buy or deal in tainted cultural objects [ ...] The Theft Act 1968 and Trespass may also be applicable ". (eh?). They provide, it seems, so-called "stealth cams" and gates, and offer other services. It is unclear though why it seems to focus on artefact thefts.
