The publication of the 'P-mummy-trashed Mark' has been delayed yet again, it's a small piece so it is hardly worth any long discussion beyond a presentation of the evidence for date. It is rumoured that the problem is that they are having trouble finding the guy to put his name under the report of the mummy-mask trashing. If he cannot provide an export licence for it, Egypt is probably girding its loins to have him extradited for being involved in the receipt of stolen goods and then attempted destruction of the evidence. Serious scholars don't get involved with illicit antiquities.
