Crumpled and Mangled papyrus Fragments on Sale

Readers may remember a Turkish dealer flogging Egyptian papyri on Ebay ("Turkish Seller Offers Erdfrisch papyri on EBay" Thursday, 1 November 2012; Friday, 14 December 2012  "Mixantik Papyri Online Again (Would You Buy Kiswa From this Man?)"). Here he is again, selling more under the name of " ebuyerrrrr". These ones look like they've been brushed out of the bottom of the box, all mangled and crushed as they are. Now the dealer is claiming that he's based in London, probably because he sees the Brits do nothing whatsoever about this kind of thing, whereas Turkey might (in a previous incarnation he pretended to be in the USA and used Cds as scales in the photo instead of the ballpoint pen he uses now).
"Very rare Greek or Christianity Papyrus fragment as you seen in pictures very Collectible pieces from a collector".
"Egyptian Ancient Greek language papyrus roll Probably BC 300  "UN OPENED" Very nice and interesting piece % 100 Original".

No mention of either an Egyptian, or a Turkish export licence - or anything at all like that.
Hat tip to Dorothy King.
