If we look at the coiney blogs at the moment, to judge from the three most commonly quoted, I am "Mr Ancient Coin", as I seem, unwittingly have become the subject of an awful lot of blogging about ancient coins (see about every other post in "Cultural Property Observer", "Ancient Coins" and "Ancient Coin Collecting" blogs), not exactly I would have thought doing a lot to promote a good image of collectors. There are a lot of insulting comments about people who hold different views, but no real presentation of why the rest of us should accept theirs.
